With our own trucks and responsible, courteous delivery crew, we take every precaution to deliver your items with care. We will professionally deliver your furniture using our highly trained staff and our well-equipped vehicles. Your delivery will be scheduled at a convenient time and your items set up in your home.

Customer Service

In an effort to minimize potential problems, your furniture order arrives here first where it undergoes an inspection process prior to scheduling a delivery. Under warranty guidelines, we work closely with our manufacturers to correct any issues that may arise after delivery of your furniture purchase. In as timely a fashion as possible, we stand by our customers until the situation is resolved.

Furniture Protection

Tip Top Furniture offers a wide range of furniture protection plans provided by Ultra Shield to protect your investment. These plans include fabric protection for your new furniture. These plans are designed to extend the life and beauty of your new furniture. Tip Top Furniture also offers mattress protection from stains, mold, dust mites and bed bugs. Financing

Tip Top Furniture offers Interest Free Financing. Once you are in the store and have found the furniture, flooring and accessories to create the room of your dreams take advantage of the interest free financing to complete the purchase. The 0% financing requires 2 forms of identification to be completed and is submitted in the store. Financing allows our customers to spread their purchase over time with 0% interest, and no penalty for paying off the purchase early.

The Tip Top staff will help you understand the package that fits you best upon purchase or feel free to call or email your questions in advance. Sorry no online applications. The finance company will provide credit qualified customers with a dollar amount that the customer may use towards their purchase. Tip Top offers a variety of financing packages. The amount of time that is allowed is determined by the size of the purchase and the customer’s credit qualifications.

If, within 60 days from your date of purchase the identical item is found at a competitor’s store selling for less than your purchase, then Tip Top Furniture will refund the difference! Items must be identical (same manufacturer, fabric, frame, etc.), and must be selling under the same conditions, i.e. Going Out Of Business Sales, Clearance items, One of a kinds, Scratch and Dents, factory or store discontinued items, etc. are not subject to this protection. Additionally, the item must be paid by the same method. For example, a financed price in our store is not the same as a “CASH ONLY” or “CASH & CARRY” price in our store or a competitor’s. Tip Top Furniture management must verify all prices.
